Peter has since he took his Master´s degree in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor´s degree in Business administration spent more than 20 years in the Life Science Industry with a variety of positions with focus on product, marketing and executive management roles.
Peter currently serves as the CEO for SenzaGen AB (publ), a Swedish Life Science company. In addition to the above, he also serves as chairman of the board at Supersynbiotics and as a board member of Bio-works. Between 2014 and 2018 Peter served as CEO of Probi AB, a Swedish Probiotic company, where he lead the company through an expansive growth phase.
Erik Bjärum

Erik has since he took his Bachelor´s degree in Economics and finance worked in the financial industry and at a consultancy firm with a focus on probiotics. This has provided Erik with a great commercial and strategic understanding as well as the ability to overview complex structures.
Erik comes from the leading Nordic Investment bank Pareto Securities, which has a focus on Nordic Growth Companies, where he served as a Partner – Equity & Fixed Income Sales. Parallell to his career in the financial industry Erik has supported the consultancy firm, CBC Intl. AB, on a number of projects. Erik has also worked as a equity research analyst at TradeVenue with coverage ranging from micro-cap to mid-cap and technology to real-estate.
Niklas Bjärum

Niklas has since he took his Masters degree in International Business Administration worked in multiple executive management positions with focus on business development, strategy and marketing & sales.
Niklas is currently active at his consultancy firm, Creative Business Consulting Intl., where he serves probiotics, Nutrition/OTC, Functional Foods & FMCG in a Global Perspective.
Niklas most recently comes from the leading probiotic company Probi AB, where his latest position was as President of Probi USA Inc. Before moving to the US, Niklas held the position of VP of Marketing&Sales of Probi AB globally.
Before his time at Probi, 2001-2018, he held the position as Business Development Director for the EMEA region at Ericsson/Sony Mobile Communications, during 1997-2001. Before this Niklas spend +10 years at the multinationals – Nestlé and Mars Inc – in various management positions.
